smooth skin

I have very sensitive skin and there is only few products that I can put on my skin. I brought this butter on my friends recommendation and she was 100% right. it make my skin super soft and glowy.

Problem with tracking, shop responsiveness and product description

The shop wasn't responsive at all, at first, which got us worried. We sent several emails to their Gmail, no response. Only after we got in touch with their Instagram account did we get a response. The shop also didn't send us a tracking number immediately, and there was also no notice that customs will have to be paid. To our surprise, when we received the package almost a month later from the day we ordered, and way late for when we needed to have them (they were a birthday gift) we had to pay an additional 30€. It's trange it took this long considering UK and Hungary are not that far from each other.

Now, for the products themselves, critical pieces of information were missing, namely description of contents, date of expiry and directions for use. The bottles only contain a label and nothing else. The products were also just wrapped in bubble wrapping, and there was nothing else in the package, like a leaflet of some kind typically containing product information, shop contacts, promo materials.
